Yes! I offer shipping to the following countries.

3-6 business days: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

4-12 business days: Hong Kong SAR China, India, Macao SAR China, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Türkiye.

How long does my order take to ship?

I usually ship my product within 1-3 business days. The shipping time depends on the product and the location of the customer. Shipping to US typically takes 2-3 business days. Shipping to Europe takes around 3-6 business days. And Shipping to other countries takes 4-12 business days.

What is your return policy? 

I currently do not accept return or exchange. If your order arrived damaged, or a wrong order is sent to you, please contact me at sharon.zhan.art@gmail.com and I will help you sort it out.

What if my package is lost?

Unfortunately the post office is fully in charge of delivering your package once I drop them off. Please contact the post office with the order tracking number to locate your missing package.
